We are thrilled to grow our cornhole community and look forward to an exciting and competitive Fall season.
Our Corn in the Garden League members compete against skilled teams, build friendships, and create lasting memories.
All teams must approach each match with sportsmanship, respect, and integrity as we strive to maintain a fair and safe playing environment for all participants. Please take note of the league rules and regulations to ensure that every team and player understands and adheres to these guidelines. We’ll provide you with scheduling updates, game locations, and important league information throughout the season, including our Cornhole Banter. Please make sure that all team members have access to this information. We wish your team the best of luck for the upcoming month and can’t wait to see you by the boards.
Games will be held every Wednesday afternoon between the hours of 12 pm and 2pm. We ask that teams have two players participating on each game day, but we encourage more players to join. You can not have just one player playing. Therefore, we recommend that teams have at least four players on their roster.

Registration: Team Captains
Each team will have a team captain. This person is the leader and self-organizer of the team, messaging teammates about upcoming games and ensuring there are enough players for each game (2). They will be the point of contact for their team and ensure every player adheres to the rules of the cornhole league on game days and throughout the week.
The team captain will be in charge of taking the score and submitting it after each game.
Corn in the Garden Guidelines
- Each Match is one game to 21 points (or most points after the 20-minute time limit once the first bag is tossed).
- The top 4 teams make the playoffs
- Each team has a Captain and a unique team name. The Captain is the primary contact with the Cornhole Director, Brennan Cassidy. The Captain also informs their teammates of league games and ensures their team has the required two players each week.
- A team can have substitute players, but substitute players can’t already play on another team in the league.
- In the 12:00PM game, if a team doesn’t have at least 2 players by 12:10PM, they forfeit the match. For the other two games, the same 10-minute rule applies unless a game starts late. If so, the 15-minute clock starts once the 12:00PM game finishes.
- Each team is allowed to have 8+ players play per match if they’d like. Players can sub out at any point in the game.
- A team has 2 players; 1 player plays on each end of the court
- If the League Director does not call the games, the team that cannot make the scheduled match will forfeit. There will be no makeup games allowed.
- In the event of a tie to receive the final playoff spot(s); 1) We tally head-to-head matchups 2) If not resolved, we will go into a tiebreaker
